By using ReaderMind, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• You are responsible for the article URLs and text you submit.

AI-Generated Content

ReaderMind uses AI to generate summaries, Q&A, highlights, and primers from the content you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; verify important information against the original source before relying on it.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple In-App Purchase under Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
